Responsibilities

This role brings variety, challenge and personal development opportunities. You will be responsible for the successful implementation of our Lumesse TalentLink solution, for new and existing customers. Key activities include: Analysing customer requirements and work processes in workshops and preparing documentation; Responsible for verification and testing of implemented SaaS solutions; Must be comfortable holding training sessions for small and medium-sized groups; Building new and maintaining existing customer relationships; Engaged in the sales phase through demonstrations, preparing specifications and participating in marketing activities. You will receive training at one of our European offices and be based in our headquarters in Luton. You will work alongside professional colleagues in an international and inspirational environment at the European market leader within the sector. You will also face many different and interesting work tasks and get the opportunity to create relationships in a global company experiencing strong growth

Requirements and the individual

You will bring: Proven experience of working within HR or IT with a focus on HR systems, IT projects or implementation of Talent Acquisition solutions; The ability to work analytically and deliver projects in a structured way through use of an industry recognised methodology; The ability to lead projects and work under pressure with short deadlines; Excellent communication skills with a strong customer focus; The ability to analyse business needs and convert them into functional requirements.
