Responsibilities

Managements Accounts -Assist Financial Reporting Manager in group close coordination in HFM -Assist Financial Reporting Manager in coordination of group and regional management accounts via HFM including P&L, Balance Sheet & Cash Flow Statement -Produce additional board reporting schedules for the group, including detailed revenue reporting, cost reporting, aged debtors & aged creditors reporting -Develop and improve management accounts reporting processes Oracle Reporting -Become super user of the newly implemented Insight reporting system (reporting package which is used to produce Oracle-based sub-ledger, statutory and management reporting) -Develop new reports and modify existing reports in Insight based on needs from global finance community -Point of contact for regional finance users regarding Oracle reporting questions Data Reconciliation Data reconciliation tasks between Oracle ERP, HFM and Hyperion Planning systems Other Reporting & Analysis -Production of other KPI reporting as required -Participation in ad hoc reporting and analysis tasks as required

Requirements and the individual

IT experience -System-minded individual with desire for continuous improvement -Advanced Excel -Prior HFM, Hyperion Smartview, Oracle or Insight experience would be advantageous but not required (on-the job training will be provided) Finance Knowledge -Part qualified accountant (ACCA/CIMA) or AAT qualified with relevant finance systems background -Good basic accounting knowledge including P&L and Balance Sheet Relationship building & Communication -Ability to work as part of a cross-cultural team -Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Analytical Skills & Data Accuracy -Ability to understand and analyse complex data -Great attention to detail
