The Role

Joining our Global Infrastructure Team, you will become the subject matter expert on the hosting of VMware virtual servers and Storage Area Networks within the Lumesse organisations.  You will own be involved in all aspects of the infrastructure, incl. design integrity, capacity planning and resource usage as well as service design.

You will not only bring technical expertise (VCP 5.0 certification is essential), but also be able to coach and mentor colleagues and support other Technical Services team members to deliver projects and to resolve incidents and work requests.

We will need you to demonstrate a thorough understanding of production VMware infrastructure and ideally you will bring significant engineering experience gained within a busy SaaS environment.

Within the Data Centre Service operations, you will have responsibility for resolving all complex issues, improving service performance and taking responsibility for software and hardware development across the full life cycle.

Key essential skills / knowledge for this role are: VMWare VCP 5.0.
