This is a full time role to work Monday to Friday 0900 to 1730 to provide PA support to senior members of our Leadership team. This will be an office based role in Luton and you will be supporting Executives who work internationally across multiple timezones.

Responsibilities
• Screening telephone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate;
• Good organisational skills & able to remain calm under pressure.
• Organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments;
• Dealing with incoming email and post;
• Taking minutes where required;
• Producing documents, reports and presentations;
• Arranging meetings (internal and external);
• Liaising with customers on the odd occasion;
• Delegating work to others in the manager's absence;
• Arranging travel and accommodation for the Departments;
• Arranging offsite meetings / conferences at different locations;
• Liaising with external suppliers where appropriate;
• Input of Expenses in Oracle.
