Student Placement - 12 month contract, Sales Management team

    The Role

    You will have responsibility for:

      Meeting coordination / diary management
      Forecasting – issue and collection of forecast spreadsheets along with report preparation from SFDC (SalesForce.com)
      SFDC administration - general updates, NPS (Net Promoter Score, a customer satisfaction tool) contact data, general clear up of contacts, adding orders, attachments etc. 
      Completion of expenses
      Administration of holiday requests
      Managing requests for information from the team, the gathering, collation and deadline management of these activities
      LinkedIn group management
      NPS programme co-ordination
      Work request co-ordination
      Co-ordination and administration of user groups and Solution Centres
      Co-ordination and administration of sales campaigns
      Finding, updating and collating sales collateral
      Researching competitors and keeping abreast of key market information


    The finer details

    This is a full time role for up to 12 months, based at our global Headquarters in Luton, Bedfordshire.

    We offer a comprehensive salary and benefits package and also provide a free Shuttle to- and from Luton station, with London being around 35 mins away by train. 

    Over 200 people work in our office which spans two floors, is open-plan and has great break-out areas including table football and pool areas.
